Distillation of precious Pb and precious Bi

Source of raw materials:

This process is applied for precious lead and bismuth alloy with Ag content <15% and Cu content<2%. The main sources for the raw materials are:

  1. Precious lead alloy of lead anode slime smelting from traditional lead smelting plant;
  2. Precious lead alloy of electrolytic anode slime with high bismuth and lead;
  3. Crude bismuth alloy;
  4. Other crude lead and bismuth alloy with Ag content;


This process is applied for precious lead-base alloy and bismuth-base alloy with high Ag and Cu content and alloy melting point greater than 600 . The main sources for the raw materials are:

  1. Precious lead smelting slags and blowing Ag-Cu-Bi alloy from traditional lead smelting plant; Precious bismuth smelting slags ;
  2. Precious lead from copper anode slime ;
  3. Hydrometallurgical slag smelting alloy during the nickel smelting.
  4. Other lead-base alloy and bismuth-base alloy with high Ag and Cu content

Technical advantages of precious lead vacuum treatment

  1. Can remove lead, bismuth and antimony and reduce the silver separating furnace blowing and slag production;
  2. Has big equipment production capacity, can shorten the production period of silver separation process and increase the output rate of silver;
  3. Produce lead, bismuth and antimony in the form of alloy, depending on the content of components, directly high bismuth-lead electrolysis or antimony removal process can be applied.
  4. Generally high direct recovery rate of element vacuum treatment, less mechanical adhesion loss, high metal comprehensive recovery rate;


Technical advantages of precious bismuth vacuum treatment

  1. Completely replace the process of zinc-adding to remove silver during the bismuth refining process, eliminate zinc consumption, and no silver and zinc slags generated, reduce production costs;
  2. Have big equipment production capacity, can greatly reduce the refining time;
  3. Generally high direct recovery rate of element vacuum treatment, less mechanical adhesion loss, and high metal comprehensive recovery rate;
  4. High degree of automation, more stable product quality, low labor intensity and small labor consumption.
