Used for casting lead ingots
The machine is used after lead refining or composition adjustment in the lead kettle. The metal will be casted into suitable ingots for storage and transportation. The whole system mainly includes ingot moulds, rotating base, casting tundish, lead liquid outlet, and water cooling.
Treatment capacity: 5-15 tons per hour
Ingot weight: 25-35kg
Mould amount: 12-100 pieces
Staff required: 5-8 persons
Mechanical and manual ingot casting machine is provided for the ease of operation and high-grade safety to the operators. Generally manual casting machine is provided with smaller alloy refining kettles.
Molten, refined, or alloyed lead is pumped via heat pipes from lead refining kettles to a casting mechanism which guides a measured amount of lead into steel or cast iron mould.
