Application:

Automatically strip the copper cathodes from the SS cathode plate. 

Overview:

The copper cathode plate stripping machine is a customized equipment working in the copper ER workshop. It has the function of washing, stripping, weighing, laser marking and full-automatic packing of copper cathode then send them to storage yard. The after-stripping permanent SS cathode plates are arranged in production order by robot(Japan FRANCE robot) and automatic plate arranging machine, then grabbed by crane and put into electrolytic cell for use again.

1) Rated productivity: 400 pieces/hour(500 pieces/hour at most)

2) Compacting press for packing: 20MPa, adjustable

3) The number per bundle of cathode copper: free settings

4) The installed capacity : 85kw

5) Main cylinders: REXROTH or other famous brand

6) PLC: Siemens

7) Bearings: SKF

            8) Decelerator: SEW

Features:

The national top level robot is used in the overall plan of the cathode stripping machine, which has high degree of automation and low labor cost.


  1. The automatically pneumatic package machine which is a Japanese steel plate packing machine is adopted. This packing machine has the advantages of low failures and high working efficiency.
  2. PLC can-bus network control which has the functions of good human-computer interface, can automatic default detection and warning and is used for the electronic control system.
  3. The unit production line has reasonable layout with simple structure and small land occupation.
